Returns

We offer a 30 Day Return Policy on most items. We charge a 25% restocking fee for any returned items*. You may return your chair within 30 Days of purchase provided the following:

  • Chair is in brand new condition.

  • You have the original box.

  • Chair is not assembled (return as received).

Returned items that do not meet the above conditions will be charged a 35% restocking fee.

Do NOT reject your shipment. Rejected shipments are subject to a 50% restocking fee. If your shipment arrives damaged or you simply do not want your order anymore please contact customer service at info@theharborinteriors.com or call 240.696.7880.

  1. Request a return by emailing info@theharborinteriors.com.

  2. We will confirm the restocking fee. We will pay for Fedex/UPS to pickup and ship the product to us as soon as the item is boxed up by you.

  3. Once we receive the merchandise, please allow 3-5 days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be your total paid minus the restocking fee.

 

Damaged Items During Freight/Shipping

If your product arrived damaged or came defective upon delivery, we will make sure that you get a replacement part or a brand new unit as soon as possible – DO NOT REJECT THE SHIPMENT. We cannot provide service if the order is refused at the time of delivery due to damage.

The process is simple:

  1. Report the damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@theharborinteriors.com.

  2. Document the damage with images. Email images to info@theharborinteriors.com.

  3. We will contact you with status of the parts within 1-2 business days of receiving the request.

  4. The customer is responsible for all repairs needed.

  5. If customer decides to return damaged items even after we decide to either repair or replace the item the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Products may not be returned after 30 Days from the purchase date. Products that have already left the warehouse and are en-route to their destinations will be subject to a restocking fee. Re-routing items will incur a $20.00 re-route fee.
